Developing and Sustaining Employee Engagement
Employee engagement in today's dynamic economy has developed as a key component of corporate growth. High levels of engagement encourage employee growth, cultivate their job satisfaction, and enhance corporate success and profitability for stakeholders. In order to increase the degree of employee engagement, managers should cautiously plan and design engagement initiatives.
In this episode, Jason Lauritsen, a keynote speaker, author, and leadership trainer, talks about Developing and Sustaining Employee Engagement. According to Jason, employees are driven by things like being valued at work, cared for, and trusted at work. It’s mostly about how managers treat people at work, like being in a conversation or asking for feedback. Performance is important but it’s equally necessary to keep the relationship first and foremost for the employees to feel the connection.
Jason has worked with companies like Quantum workplace, Union Bank and Trust, and west corporation among others. He is an employee engagement and performance management expert who passionately believes that work can and should be a fulfilling experience for every employee.
