How to acquire and retain talent?

In this episode, Dr. Sriharsha Achar shares his talent acquisition practices and the top skills a recruiter must-have. As Dr. Sriharsha mentioned, hospitals have been slow in adapting to technology in hiring, and their rewards and recognition practices are unique. Hospital employees see big rewards in training and learning. He further adds on how leaders can manage the millennial workforce and maintain an excellent retention rate.
